How-to Fix Netflix on the Apple TV
Please try the following solutions if the Netflix app on the Apple TV has stopped working.
Reset the Apple TV
1. Unplug the power cable from the Apple TV
2. Wait 5 seconds and reconnect the power cable
OR
1. Go to Settings > General > Restart
Restart Netflix
1. Logout of the Netflix account from within the application
2. Log back into the account
